1. Returns and Exchange
As a general policy, ACCEA does not provide refunds or exchanges due to the fact that we manufacture to order. However, should ACCEA, at its sole discretion, determine that responsibility lies with ACCEA, ACCEA shall ship a new product to the customer free of charge. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, ACCEA will not honor requests for returns and/or refunds in the following cases:
• Products have been used in any way, including being distributed to others
• Products are returned for personal aesthetic and/or solely cosmetic reasons
• More than one week has passed since the product arrived to the customer
• The product has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
2. Damage and Defects
While ACCEA does the utmost throughout the production and management stages to prevent defects, the nature of the services necessitates that they be implemented by people, which means that there remains the possibility of human error. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, ACCEA shall address said defect as follows:
• ACCEA, at its sole discretion, will promptly manufacture a new product to replace the defective one.
• Should ACCEA determine that it is difficult or impossible to manufacture a new product or replace a defective one, ACCEA, at its sole discretion, will refund the applicable processing charges.
Please note that ACCEA shall not provide any further compensation other than the above stated remedies included in this section of these Terms and Conditions.
